Mapesil LM

DESCRIPTION:

Neutral silicone mould-resistant sealant with BioBlock® technology for stone for movements up to 25%.

TECHNICAL DATA:

Movement in service: 25%.
Modulus of elasticity at 100% elongation: 0.35 N/mm².
Shore A hardness: 21.
Workability time: 15 minutes.
Colours: transparent, 100 white, 110 grey, 111 grey, 112 grey, 113 cement grey, 114 grey, 120 black, 130 jasmine and 132 beige (see “MAPEI Coloured Grouts”).
EMICODE: EC1 Plus – very low emission.
Application: extrusion gun.

Mapesil AC

DESCRIPTION:

Solvent-free, acetic-cross-linking mildew-resistant silicone sealant, available in 34 colours and transparent.

APPLICATION:

Interior, exterior, ceramic tile floor and wall sealing of expansion joints of ± 25% expansion of the initial size in swimming pools, bathrooms and showers.
Mapesil AC can also be used for forming a perfectly elastic gasket between different elements in constructions, mechanical engineering, ship-building, automobile manufacturing, etc.
N.B. Mapesil AC adheres perfectly to glass, ceramics and anodized aluminium.

TECHNICAL DATA:

Shrinkage during cross-linking: 3.5%.
Speed of cross-linking: 4 mm a day; 10 mm in 7 days.

Mapeflex MS Crystal

DESCRIPTION:

Elastic high modulus, flexible, crystal clear, paintable, hybrid sealant and adhesive. Also suitable for damp surfaces.

Mapeflex Firestop 1200°C

DESCRIPTION:

Mapeflex Firestop 1200°C is a refractory grout suitable for chimneys, furnaces, radiators, barbecues, flues and fire break walls. It is ideal for pointing joints and bedding refractory bricks. Specifically made for rigidly blending and filling voids and gaps in pre-manufactured elements in contact with flames or at working temperatures up to 1200°C.
Refractory grout.

Final hardening time: 4 mm / 24 hours.
